First Visit

We’re pleased you’ve chosen Drum Point Family and Implant Dentistry and welcome you to our practice! At your first appointment, we’ll get to know you, your concerns, and your smile goals. Our team will provide you with a comprehensive oral exam, including a full series of X-rays, tooth-by-tooth inspection, periodontal health evaluation, and oral cancer screening.

Our dentists will fully explain your diagnosis, and we’ll provide you with a complete treatment plan. We encourage you to ask questions and become an active participant in your oral healthcare.

New Patient Forms

In order to make you visit convenient, we’ve provided your new patient forms on our website. Feel free to download, print, and fill them out prior to your appointment.

If you prefer to take care of your new patient forms at our office, please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early.

Insurance

Our knowledgeable team is happy to help determine the benefits available to you with your dental insurance plan. Drum Point Family and Implant Dentistry is an in-network provider for Aetna, Delta Dental, MetLife, BlueCross BlueShield, and Guardian dental insurance plans. We also accept all other dental plans as out-of-network providers and will file your claim to help you maximize your reimbursement.

We also accept CareCredit and Chase Health Advance as payment methods for our services. These companies allow you to pay for your treatment in small, monthly allotments. You may apply online at CareCredit.com or ask for more information when you visit our office.
